Terms and Conditions for “IHLAQ” Mobile Application 

Define nomenclature Service: 

The service is the process of a user registered Service: The service is the process of a user registered using the IHLAQ mobile application and/or the IHLAQ website to book a service from the service providers (barbers and/or barbershops) through the IHLAQ application.

USER, USERS, CUSTOMER, CUSTOMS OR “YOU”: 

The User(s) (person, persons or legal entity) are all users of the Service including Registered Users and Temporary Users. Temporary Users are any person or legal entity who visits any part of the IHLAQ Trading Website and/or Mobile Application for any period whatsoever and is considered a temporary user and such person or legal entity may be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the Service until such time as they leave the IHLAQ Site and/or the mobile application or close the browser. The identification of the user includes all those who download and install the IHLAQ application on their devices for the purpose of using the service and without registering their data on the application.

Service Providers: They are barbers, barbershops, salon, salons or on behalf of a barber or barbershops, barber salon, who have joined the IHLAQ application, with the aim of providing a barber service to users who are subject to the terms and conditions of this service.

IHLAQ Application or “we” or “Operator”: IHLAQ Application, a Qatari limited liability company owned by Digiturnal Software Company with Commercial Registration No. 135281 under the laws of the State of Qatar.

“Application”, “application” or “mobile application”: Digital Software owns and develops the mobile application along with any additional and other services, which the user can download from the Apple Store or Google Play Store or Huawei store and any other system.

 All users of the IHLAQ Application are required to carefully read the terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Terms of Service”), as defined below, These Terms and Conditions govern and establish a legally binding agreement between you and IHLAQ (as defined below) with respect to The website and/or the mobile application including any other available service, whether directly or indirectly, including sub-sites and any other indirectly applicable websites.

Subject to the Terms and Conditions (as defined below), unless there is a conflict of context, you may use the Services available on the Mobile Application only provided that you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions (as defined below), and expressly agree to be legally bound by all of the Terms and provisions herein. By using this website and/or mobile application, you agree to these terms and conditions, or indicate your acceptance when logging into your account or using the application. This includes that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website and/or mobile application. These Terms and Conditions include the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Terms of Service. By using or accessing our website and/or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy.

The operator may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and they apply to all services, whether directly or indirectly. By viewing, opening, browsing and using our application or using any of our application through any platform whatsoever (collectively referred to as “IHLAQ”) and/or by completing a booking, you (customers, barbers, barbershops and all users of the application) acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agreeي to the terms and conditions set out below (including the Privacy Policy).

These pages, the application content, the technology infrastructure and source code and the information about salon, barbershop and service providers that make up this application, are the property of “IHLAQ” application administration, which operates and manages the applications (hereinafter referred to as the “IHLAQ Application”). It is available for use subject to the terms and conditions that will be set out below

Through the application, we provide (barbershops / barbers / service providers) an online service through which all types of services provided by the salon are announced for reservation, as well as we give the visitors of the application the ability to book services at any of the salons, barbers or service providers directly. When booking through the “IHLAQ” application, you enter into a direct contractual agreement with the service provider (salon) whose services you have booked. Starting from placing a service booking, we will act as an intermediary between you and the service provider (the salon / barber), and we will direct your reservation data to the relevant service provider (the salon / barber).

When we offer you any salon services, the information we make public is based on the information provided to us by the service providers (the salons). Service providers bear full responsibility for updating all prices and availability of information and are responsible for the information contained in the “IHLAQ” application, and that we cannot verify the accuracy, correctness and adequacy of the information and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or interruptions of the services (whether due to any malfunction or Temporary and/or permanent repair, update, maintenance of the Application, etc.). We are not responsible for the inaccuracy or failure to provide the necessary information displayed in the “IHLAQ” application. This application does not constitute and is not a recommendation or endorsement of the quality or level of services or the evaluation of any service provided.


It is not authorized to any party to resell, use, add any links, copy, rate, display, download or copy any content, information, software or services provided on the Application

Salons are solely responsible for the quality and performance of the services assigned to them. While “IHLAQ” application is only responsible for providing the mobile application. Online payment gateways available on “IHLAQ” application are owned and operated by a third party, which is QPAY payment gateway, which accepts bank credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and NAPS. Both the client and the salons agree that “IHLAQ” application will not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the services provided by the payment gateway providers, and the client agrees that in all cases he/they will not file any case against “IHLAQ” application for the services provided by the payment gateway providers. Any problem related to payment through payment gateway service providers or with the salon, the customer can communicate with the “IHLAQ” application, which may, based on what IHLAQ app sees fit, help the customer if possible.


Just as the following terms and conditions can be modified or changed in whole or in part at any time without prior notice, the IHLAQ application will send an in-app notification through the IHLAQ mobile application to keep everyone, users and service providers updated with regards to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of IHLAQ application. Users and service providers are encouraged to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions so that they are aware of any modifications that are binding on them.

Your use of the application after making these changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions, and if you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions at present or in the future, you must not use the application or access it.

 

  • Using the “IHLAQ” Application

Any person (client, barber, or barber shop owner) can access the application if it is available on the Internet, and the administration of “IHLAQ” application can remove the application from the Internet for any reason whatsoever it deems appropriate or may modify the content and services without prior notice, and the administration of “IHLAQ” application will not bear the responsibility if the application or any part of it is unavailable at any time, for any period and for any reason.

The customer is solely responsible for any third party accessing the application using the his/their confidential data registered with us.

 

  • Misuse of the application by a user as a barber, barbershop or customer)

You undertake that all the data you provide in the application is true, complete and accurate, and you undertake to update this information at all times and bear the responsibility alone in the event of any loss arising from an error in displaying your information correctly.

You will also be personally responsible for any misuse of the mobile application by you. “IHLAQ” application Management may take any legal action of any kind if you do any of the following:

  1. To introduce viruses and malicious software such as Trojans, Worms, Logic Bombs, Time Bombs, Keystroke Loggers, Spyware, Adware or any other material, programs or code that adversely affects the operation of the platform’s software or components (or are designed) to cause damage to the platform.
  2. Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the server on which the Application is installed or any server, computer or database or service associated with the Program.
  3. Attacking the software via a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service.
  4. Use the Software for any reason that may be contrary to the law or public policy in the State of Qatar.
 
  •  Registration 

In the event that you choose to register on the “IHLAQ” application, you agree to provide your current, complete, correct, and accurate information about yourself, including your contact information, which is contained in the service reservation form. Registration Data and other personally identifiable information about you is subject to our Privacy policy. Every person of legal age may register on the “IHLAQ” application, and those under the age of 18 are not entitled to register as a user of the application and are obligated not to deal or use the application.

“IHLAQ” application reserves the right to stop or cancel any registration or registration data / traffic data on the application in the event the user misuses the application, especially if the user-entered content specified by the application, which will be mentioned in a later section. Also, the administration of “IHLAQ” application will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the user’s inability to access any of the application pages.

Service providers do not have to pay anything to download IHLAQ application or register on IHLAQ application. The IHLAQ application does not ask service providers to increase the prices of their services on the IHLAQ application.

User account for barber, barbershop or customer:

You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur on your IHLAQ account. You agree to the following:

  1. Notify IHLAQ application immediately of any illegal use of your account.
  2. To make sure that you are logged out of your account at the end of your use of the application. IHLAQ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this part of the Terms
 
  • Correspondence and Communication

Upon completing your booking, you agree to receive the following:

The application sends an email to you to confirm the service booking via in-app notification messages and a confirmation e-mail to your email address with information about your service booking 

The customer evaluates the service on the application after completing the service in order to evaluate his experience with the salon or barber. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how IHLAQ contacts you.

In order to duly complete and secure your booking, you must use your correct email address and phone number and that we will not be held liable for any errors in email typing (we will have no obligation to check email) or incorrect phone number.

 

  • Information and content entered by customer, barber and salons; barbers

The customer can create his own account on the application using the registration data, and this account will give him the pass to fully use the application, make a reservation and enjoy the services and special offers on the application.

The customer and service providers can at any time deactivate their account by contacting the customer service team of “IHLAQ” application through the phone number: +974 6660 6710, and the administration of “IHLAQ” application will make every effort to deactivate the account as soon as possible.

All content uploaded to the application by barbers and service providers through their accounts, must be true and complete including but not limited to their personal data, contact information, photos and all other information and such information must not cause any harm to any third party and must not violate the rights of public policy, public morals or applicable laws in the State of Qatar.

Also, the barbers or salon barbers must agree that the IHLAQ application may, at the discretion of the administration, modify or delete the content before or after publication, or even refuse to publish. Barbers or salons’ barbers have to guarantee and acknowledge to “IHLAQ” application that the content they added:

  • Does not infringe the copyright, database rights, trademark, confidentiality, publicity, proprietary or other rights of any person or entity.
  • It does not contain material that is offensive to anyone.
  • Does not contain misleading or incorrect information or omits information or contains any misrepresentation of the identity or claim of affiliation with any other person or entity.
  • It does not violate the legal rights and fiduciary rights of any third party such as contractual rights or trust clauses.
  • It does not allege, promote, or aid racial discrimination based on gender, religion, nationality, disability, or age.
  • It does not violate any applicable law, regulation, ordinance, rule or regulation in the State of Qatar.
  • In the event that the content provided by the barber, Salons’ Barbers or service providers does not comply with the applicable law or regulations mentioned above, and in the event that “IHLAQ” application suffers any loss or damage, the barber, salon or service providers bears full responsibility for that and agrees to compensate the application management of IHLAQ for any loss or damage.
  • In the event that the content provided by the barber or service providers contains criminal suggestions or content, “IHLAQ” application reserves the right to pass it to the competent authorities and to announce the identity of the user to any third party who may claim that the content provided by the barber or service providers constitutes a violation of any of the its rights.
  • Apart from personal data protected by law and under the privacy policy, any other content provided by the customer to the application will be considered non-confidential, non-personal and not subject to the rules of ownership.
  •  
  • Reservation

Whether you are a registered user or a visitor, you can use the search engine on “IHLAQ” application to search for a salon or barber based on the inputs you have selected (example: location, type of service, services and timing).

When booking through the “IHLAQ” application, you accept the privacy policy and the resulting contractual relationship with the salon, barber or service providers.

If you are a registered customer, the relevant reservation will be confirmed by receiving text messages through the application and a message to your e-mail address to provide you with information about your reservation, which includes the date and timing of the reservation and the price of the services that were booked.

The booking process allows the customer to check and correct any errors before the booking is confirmed.

And if you are a registered barber or barbershop, the relevant reservation that has been approved by you, will be confirmed by receiving in-app notification message, email and SMS text messages that includes the name of the customer, the date and time of the reservation and the price of the services that were booked.

 

  1. Appointments

The customer must arrive ten minutes before the scheduled appointment. The appointment has been booked and confirmed based on the availability of the barber in the salon, and in the event that the customer is unable to arrive on the appointed time, he must notify the barber on the application through the “Delay” feature for a period of only 30 minutes or through the customer service of “IHLAQ” application “. The customer must be aware that his late arrival may lead to a reduction in the time allotted to his service, which reduces the efficiency and effectiveness of the service, and certainly this will affect the customer’s enjoyment of the service.


Also, in the event of a barber’s delays in performing a booked service on IHLAQ application, the barber can inform the customer through the “Delay” option for a period of 30 minutes that is available on the application, or he must immediately contact the customer service representatives of “IHLAQ” application through the phone number: +974 6660 6710 so that we can notify the customer of the time you can receive him in order to avoid canceling your reservation by the customer and/or giving you a bad rating on the application

 

  1. Services and service prices

All services that appear on the “IHLAQ” application, images and/or specifications of the services are used only for illustrative purposes, so “IHLAQ” application requires barbers and barbershops to ensure that all information provided by them and displayed on their page on the application is true, accurate and complete and does not reflect a misleading image or information of any method. IHLAQ cannot verify any information provided by barbers and barbershops. Each barber and/or barbershop is solely responsible for ensuring that all of its services and services’prices listed on the application are available and accurately described. Also, service providers or barbershops must abide by the laws of the State of Qatar with a policy of maximum capacity inside barbershops to limit the spread of the Corona virus.

The customer is also solely responsible for informing the barbershop or barber of any medical or health issues and/or special needs that may affect the services or may be affected by the services (for example, but not limited to allergic reactions and health problems).

The prices of the services that are displayed on the barber and/or salon’s barber  page on the application may be changed from time to time based on the exclusive decision of the salon.

 

  1. Bookings (Cancellation or Reschedule)
    1. If you are a registered customer and wish to reschedule your appointment (time/date) or cancel your booking after you have received the confirmation email and in app notification message, you may:

– In the event of changing the date, time or canceling the booking right after placing a booking, the customer does not bear any cost for booking cancelation through the application, and the amount paid through IHLAQ application will be fully refunded to the customer’s bank account

– In the event of a customer changes the date, time, or cancels a booking, 30 minutes before it is due, the app will charge a 30% penalty fee and refund the remainder of the fee to the customer’s bank account.

– In the event that the customer cancels the booking, at the time or after the time of the service, any amount paid by the customer is not refundable 

  1. In the event that a booking is canceled by a salon or a barber for necessity, the salon or a barber may not use the customer’s contact information that “IHLAQ” application provided to the salon or barber, and according to the Privacy Policy, they must contact “IHLAQ” application Customer Service through our contact number on: +974 6660 6710 and the “IHLAQ” Team will notify the customer that the salon or barber has canceled the booking.
  2. In the event that a customer fails to attend his booked services, for three consecutive bookings, IHLAQ application reserves the right to prevent this customer from using the application again.
 
  • Payment
    The application contains information about a number of services, and despite the efforts made by the “IHLAQ” application, some of the prices and information provided on the application for the services of barbers and salons, may be incorrect/ or not updated, and the salon or barber is solely responsible for this matter, they are also responsible for updating the information and keeping it correct and complete.

Any fees incurred for online payment through payment gateways will be borne by the “IHLAQ” application.

“IHLAQ” application accepts payments using Visa Card, MasterCard and NAPS cards only.

IHLAQ application will take all necessary measures to ensure that the payment gateway is available and working well at all times, however, the application does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access to the payment gateway as it is owned by a third party that manages it. Also, the IHLAQ application attempts to secure the processing of customer payments in real time, but it may be difficult to predict the time required to complete the payment process as it depends on many factors outside the control of the application of IHLAQ such as, delays in the banking system or card networks. Sometimes the traffic to the payment gates is stopped due to maintenance or repair procedures or the introduction of new services. The Application will endeavor to notify you in the event of any planned outage of the Payment Gateway and will use its endeavors to bring the Payment Gateway back to work as soon as possible.

For all bookings, the customer has the choice to choose the payment method, either in cash or via Online Payment Gateway. Based on the customer’s convenience, payment methods will appear on IHLAQ application when proceeding with payment. The customer may opt to pay either online through IHLAQ app or in cash to the salon or barber after service completion.

 

  1. Online Payment Gateway

At our sole discretion, if we believe that any fraud, money laundering or any other violation of law or regulation occurs on or in connection with our Website and/or our “IHLAQ” mobile application along the lines of these Terms and Conditions, you warrant and agree that We may withhold or delay any payments we believe have arisen from or in connection with any such violation of laws or regulations

All payments are processed by registered users through an independent payment gateway operated by QPAY. As such, IHLAQ app does not request or collect any credit card information or other financial details. If any party asks you to request these details on behalf of the IHLAQ Application, you must refuse to do so and immediately notify the IHLAQ Application Team of such approach. IHLAQ app will not be liable for any loss you may incur as a result of disclosing your financial information to such unauthorized person(s).

The virtual currency used by QPAY and IHLAQ is Qatari Riyal and all exchange rates confirmed by QPAY and IHLAQ has no input in determining these rates. In the case of payment in a currency other than Qatari Riyal, the Registered User must know and check the prevailing exchange rates before confirming their orders.

 

  1. Processing fee:

The Processing fees of “IHLAQ” application against our provided service may change based on the total amount paid by the customer against the barber services mentioned on the “IHLAQ” application

IHLAQ Application Processing fees details:

  1. When the customer pays for services through IHLAQ application online, or by cash to the barber or barber salon with a total service payment of between 0-50 Qatari Riyal, the IHLAQ application will add a Processing fee of 3 Qatari Riyals to the total price of the service
  2. When the customer pays for services through IHLAQ application online or by cash to the barber or barber salon with a total service payment of between 50 and 100 Qatari Riyal, the IHLAQ application will add a Processing fee of 5 Qatari Riyals to the total price of the service
  3. When the customer pays for services through IHLAQ application online or by cash to the barber or barber salon with a total service payment of between 100-300 Qatari Riyal, the IHLAQ application will add a Processing fee of 15 Qatari Riyal to the total price of the service
  4. When the customer pays for services through IHLAQ application online or by cash to the barber or barber salon with a service total payment of more than 300 Qatari Riyals, the IHLAQ application will add a Processing fee of 20 Qatari Riyals to the total price of the service
  5. TIME AND HOW TO REFUND THE SERVICE FEES BETWEEN “IHLAQ” APP AND SERVICE PROVIDERS: At the end of each month, the IHLAQ app team will check the number of cash reservations paid by each client for barbers and/or barbershops made by the app, and also the number of reservations made Through credit cards on the IHLAQ application. If IHLAQ owes salons or barbers any fees, the amount due will be transferred to the barbershop or barbers at the beginning of each subsequent month. If salons and/or barbers owe IHLAQ a service fee, the IHLAQ team will come and collect our service fee at the beginning of each subsequent month.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

IHLAQ contains properties that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret and other proprietary laws. Except as expressly authorized by IHLAQ, Customers agree not to modify, copy, terminate, rent, lease, borrow, sell, distribute, or create any derivative works from, all or part of the Application Content or its components. In connection with your use of the Application, you will not process, automate, dispose of any data, or perform any other similar data collection or extraction process. Any use of the Application or the Application Content other than as specified or authorized is strictly prohibited. This application and all its related technology and software are the property of IHLAQ.

 

  1. Merging and Acquisitions

In the event that “IHLAQ” application or its assets including but not limited to our services are acquired in part or in whole by a third party, “IHLAQ” application reserves the right to transfer all data and personal details of all registered users and all information related to and/or provided by third party user. With respect to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, they shall at all times be binding on and continue to the benefit of both parties and their successors, heirs, executors and authorized assigns.


  1. Disputes 

The customer is solely responsible for his interactions with any service provider or any other user in connection with the application and “IHLAQ” application will not bear any responsibility for this. “IHLAQ” application reserves the right to intervene in the settlement of disputes between the customer and/or service provider and/or any other user of the application without any obligation on it to do so.

Also, any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, including any inquiries about the existence, validity or termination of this document, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.

In the event of disputes between IHLAQ application and any of the Service Providers regarding a dispute over the collection of fees for services, any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Contract, shall be referred to the courts of Qatar for consideration dispute.

 

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Service and shall supersede and replace any prior agreements you may have between us regarding the Service.

Our inability to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

 

  1. Service Modification

The customer, barber, or salons’ barber acknowledges the right of “IHLAQ” application to set the general policies and restrictions related to the use of the application, including but not limited to the maximum period of time the application retains data or any other content as well as the maximum storage capacity that will be allocated to the customer, barber, or barber salon on the server of “IHLAQ” application. The customer, barber, or barber salon agrees that “IHLAQ” application will not bear any responsibility for the cancellation or failure to store data or any other content or any data uploaded to the application.

 

  1. Terms of Use

The user agrees not to use “IHLAQ” application in the following cases:

  1. Interfering with the Application, servers or networks connected to the Application, causing malfunctions, or non-compliance with the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Program.
  2. Violate applicable international or local laws or regulations or any applicable regulations under force of law.
  3. Impersonate another person or entity, provide false statements, or otherwise manipulate by pretending to be affiliated with any other person or entity.
  4. Attempting to obtain personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
  5. Collect e-mail addresses or contact information from other users on the Application using electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited e-mails or unnecessary communications. 
  6. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any commercial purposes which are not authorized herein.
  7. Promote or support any criminal activity or criminal enterprise or provide identifying information about any illegal activities.
  8. Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to explore the source code, subject code, or implied syntax of the Application
  9. or obtain traffic or attempt to pass or otherwise attempt to obtain any materials or information by using means not authorized to be used on the Application.
  10. The customer must be at least 18 years old to use the “IHLAQ” mobile application; By using the “IHLAQ” mobile application or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are of at least the minimum age required.
  11. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you warrant and represent to us that you are registering under the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian, who also agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all other applicable laws and regulations relating to your participation in our Service and that neither you,  your parent nor legal guardian are prohibited from using our Service under any applicable law, and you undertake to fully indemnify and hold harmless IHLAQ, its successors and assigns, and its directors, shareholders, officers and employees for any breach or damage that may arise as a result of doing so.

  1. Termination:

 User agrees that IHLAQ may at its sole discretion suspend or terminate of his/her account (or any part thereof) or stop or terminate use of the Application and remove any content from it for any reason including but not limited to loss of use or if IHLAQ deems it appropriate. That the user or all users of the application violate or behave in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions literally. In the event that there is a suspicion of fraud, illegal activity or fraud that may constitute a reason for terminating the use of the application for the user, it will be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities. 

The user agrees that in the event of termination, he/she will no longer be able to use the application under any provision in these terms and conditions, this will be without the need for prior notice, and the customer or user acknowledges and agrees that “IHLAQ” application may deactivate or delete his/her account immediately or prevent the customer or user from Exercising the ability to pass to the application. Moreover, the customer or the user agrees that “IHLAQ” application will not bear any responsibility to the user or any third party in the event of terminating his/her right to be able to use the application

 

  1. Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these terms, conditions and conditions of services are governed by Qatari law, and all disputes arising from these general terms and conditions and our services must be settled exclusively by the relevant courts in the State of Qatar.

 

  1. Disclaimer

The Management of “IHLAQ” application will not be responsible for:

  1. “IHLAQ” application will not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the services provided by service providers (salons or barbers).
  2. “IHLAQ” application will not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the payment gateways, and the customer or the service providers acknowledge that he/she is aware that the payment gateway is not under the management of the “IHLAQ” application.
  3. IHLAQ is solely responsible for operating the application, however, the application may at its discretion run as it deems necessary.
  4. In all cases, “IHLAQ” application will not bear any responsibility for any indirect, moral or consequential damages.
  5. The administration of “IHLAQ” application will not be held responsible for the inaccuracy of the content generated from the application directly by the barber salon or barbers, and “IHLAQ” application is not its role to monitor the accuracy of this content. The content may include some errors for which IHLAQ will not be held liable.
  6. “IHLAQ” application reserves the right to deactivate accounts that are inactive for a long period of time up to six months and also reserves the right to change these terms at any time at its discretion with or without notice.
  7. “IHLAQ” application is not responsible for changing the prices of service providers (barbers or salons).
  8. “IHLAQ” application, nor the Management of “IHLAQ” application will be liable for any punitive, special, indirect or consequential damages or losses, loss of production, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, damages resulting from defamation or loss of claims.
  9. Inaccuracy of descriptive information including prices, availability of services and evaluation of services available on the Application.
  10. Services offered by service providers.
  1. Any direct, indirect, consequential, consequential or punitive damages, losses or costs incurred by the User due to his/her use of the Application or a delay resulting from the use of the Application.

When uploading any images to the application from the service providers, they acknowledge and agree that “IHLAQ application owns the copyrights to these images and agree that IHLAQ may use the images for the purpose of uploading them to the application as well as in advertising materials on the Internet or outside the Internet as well as for printing materials that “IHLAQ” application deems appropriate and necessary.
 
  • Force majeure

IHLAQ application shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service in the event of any causes or circumstances occurring outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, fires, power outages, vandalism, riots, and disturbances civil.
